AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 291 AND 330, SERIES OF 1988 AND APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P2, 000.00 FOR THE STREET LIGHTINGS OD BOOD, GUIWANON, LAGTANGON, DIPATLONG, CAMPOS STREET, GORGOR STREET., ANISLAG-PUNSOD ROAD, KAYAMAN AND BATO BRIDGE OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1988 TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, CY 1989.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That the amount of P2, 000.00 is hereby appropriated for the street lightings of Bood, Guiwanon, Lagtangon, Dipatlong, Campos Street, Gorgor Street, Anislag-Punsod Road, Kayaman and Bato Bridge out of the unappropriated surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1988 to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY 1989.
Sec. 2 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for approval.
