AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNUAL 20% IRA FUND BUDGET, CY 1989 IN THE AMOUNT OF P98, 656.87 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That the amount of P98, 656.87 is hereby appropriated out of the 20% IRA Fund Budget, CY 1989 for the different developmental projects of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
Sec. 2 – That the project proposals under 20% IRA fund CY 1989 are the following with their corresponding allotment.
1. Management Tools/Trainings/seminars – – P 30, 000.00
2. Repair of Barangay Health Centers Of Toril and San Roque – – 15, 000.00
3. Improvement of Municipal Abattoir ( Construction of Animal stockage and Comfort room ) – – 12, 000.00
4. Maintenance and Improvement of the Municipal Nursery – – 10, 000.00
5. Food Production ( Agriculture ) – – 8, 000.00
6. Sports Activities ( DECS ) – – 8, 000.00
7. CAFGU Operations – – 5, 000.00
8. Codification of Tax & Gen. Ordinance – – 3, 000.00
9. Marine Conservation:
( a ) Bantay Dagat Seminar – – 3, 000.00
( b ) Bantay Dagat Operations – – 2, 656.87
10. Calamities – – 2, 000.00

Sec. 3 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
