Municipal Ordinance No.338 Series of 1989

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P1,860.00 AS SALARY DIFFERENCE OF MRS. ANASTACIA AROCHA FOR THE POSITION OF REVENUE COLLECTION CLERK IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER FOR CY 1989 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1988

Be it enacted by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec. 1 – That the amount of P1,860.00 is hereby appropriated as salary difference of Mrs. Anastacia Arocha for the position of Revenue Collection Clerk in the office of the Municipal Treasurer for CY 1989 out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988.

Sec. 2 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Approved – February 16, 1989

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer; Provincial Budget Office, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and Municipal Treasurer,for their appropriate action.
