AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P43,000.00 FOR THE CASH GIFT OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1988 TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, CY 1989.
Be it enacted by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That the amount of P43,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the cash gift of the Municipal Officials and Employees of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988 to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY 1989.
Sec. 2 – That all Municipal Officials, Rank and File employees and casual employees who have rendered at least four ( 4 ) months of service as of October, 1988 are covered by this ordinance.
Sec. 3 – That every Official and employees shall receive a cash gift in the amount of One Thousand Pesos ( P1,000.00 ) as provided in the Local Budget Circular No. 36 and in compliance with Republic Act No. 6686, dated December 14, 1988.
Sec. 4 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
