APPROVING THE ANNUAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2004 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY TWO MILLION AND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P22,178,000.00) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Twenty Two Million and One Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Pesos (P22,178,000.00) out of the General Fund for calendar year 2003 is hereby appropriated..
SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of Twenty Two Million and One Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Pesos (P22,178,000.00) is budgeted for the following offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol for calendar year 2003, to wit:

SECTION 3. Requesting Party.-. This appropriation ordinance for the Annual General Fund Budget for calendar year 2003 was requested by the Local Chief Executive for the effective and efficient operation of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4. Sponsorship and Deliberation.-. This appropriation is sponsored by Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.
SECTION 4. Effectivity.-. This appropriation ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2004.
