REGULATING THE USE AND FIXING THE USAGE FEE OF THE TWO (2) PUMPBOATS OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, Philippines that:
SECTION 1 The Local Government Unit, Maribojoc owns and controls the two (2) pumpboats which are use for the operation of Bantay Dagat at the Maribojoc Bay
SECTION II There is hereby impose an amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00) for the use of one pumpboat. Rental include the operator and the fuel used.
SECTION III The use of the two pumpboats shall be limited only for private persons and tourists who wants to conduct research / study of our marine protected areas and to those who would like to see our historical & tourist spots within the Maribojoc waters.
SECTION IV The use of each pumpboats, shall be limited only for five (5) hours and beyond five (5) hours, there shall be an additional One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) for every hours of use.
SECTION V The pumpboat operators shall be responsible in the checking of the pumpboat worthiness/condition before the operation. This shall include the checking of fuel and or machine condition before and after use.
SECTION VI Users of the pumpboats shall sign a waver before using in case of untowards accident may happen.
SECTION VII It shall be responsibility of the Municipal Treasurer or any of the authorized personnel to collect the fees generated and accrued thereon.
SECTION VIII Cash payment shall be issued with the corresponding official receipts.
SECTION IX Effectivity – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
