AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 311,000.00) OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND SURPLUS FOR C.Y. 2003 AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.5 FOR THE DIFFERENT OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Finance.- The amount of Three Hundred Eleven Thousand Pesos (P311,000.00) which shall be taken from the General Fund Surplus for C.Y. 2003 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget No. 05 for C.Y. 2004.
SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Three Hundred Eleven Thousand Pesos
(P311,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the following:
1.) Solid Waste - P 50,000.00
2.) Miscellaneous Expenses - 50,000.00
3.) Honorarium for Enumerators for
Local Poverty Reduction - 31,000.00
4.) Emergency Assistance, DSWD - 20,000.00
5.) Wages for SB Casuals - 50,000.00
6.) Health Maintenance, RHU - 10,000.00
7.) a.) Gasoline, Oil & Lubricants Expenses, 35,000.00
b.) Repair & Maintenance of Artesian Wells
Reservoir & Pumping Station
Waterworks - 65,000.00
TOTAL APPROPRIATION - P311,000.00
SECTION 3: Sponsorship & Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.
SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon
approval.
