PREPARATORY NOTES
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of One Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos only (P1,290,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus, General Fund, C.Y. 2007;
SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of One Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos
(P1,290,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the different expenditures in the offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: ITEMS AND ALLOCATION EXPENSES:
Hereunder are the following items to be allocated, to wit:
a.) Electricity for Waterworks – – – P500,000.00
b.) Electricity for Municipal Hall / Plaza & Public Buildings- – – P200,000.00
c.) Repair and Maintenance of Public Buildings – – – P300,000.00
d.) Increase for Salary of Contractual Employees – – – P 44,000.00
e.) Other MOOE (Non-Office) – – – P 51,000.00
f.) General Services (Mayor’s Office) – – – P 50,000.00
g.) Printing Expenses for Public Information – – – P 15,000.00
h.) Subscription Expenses – – – P 10,000.00
i.) Improvement of Public Buildings / Municipal Hall – – – P120,000.00

SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. This appropriation ordinance was fully deliberated by the SB Members present during the session and sponsored by mass motion.
SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
