Municipal Ordinance No. 224 Series of 1986

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P800.00) FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE SEMINAR OF BIAD-I ON OCTOBER 20, 1986 AT BARANGAY SAN ROQUE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE 20% IRA FUND UNDER THE ALLOTMENT OF THE TRAINING AND SEMINAR.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P800.00 is hereby appropriated for the expenses of the seminar of BIAD-I on October 20, 1986 at Barangay San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol out of the 20% IRA fund under the allotment of the Training and Seminar.

SECTION 2: That the amount of P800.00 shall be taken from the appropriation intended for Trainings and Seminar as reflected in the budget of the 20% IRA fund, CY 1986.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their appropriate action.
