Municipal Ordinance No. 223 Series of 1986

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P610.00 FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE CORN DEMONSTRATION FARM AT SAN ROQUE, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE ALLOTMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL NURSERY OF THE 20% IRA FUND BUDGET, CY 1986.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P610.00 is hereby appropriated for the expenses of the Corn Demonstration Farm at San Roque, Maribojoc, Bohol out of the allotment of the Municipal Nursery of the 20% IRA Fund Budget, CY 1986.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

Approved: September 4, 1986

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Treasurer for the appropriate action.
