AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P234,200.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE 20% IRA DEVELOPMENT FUND, C.Y. 2007 FOR THE GENERAL SERVICES AND OTHER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Two Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P234,200.00) is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget out of the unappropriated surplus 20% IRA Development Fund, C.Y. 2007;
SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of Two Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred
Pesos (P234,200.00) is hereby appropriated for the different development projects in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:
a. For General Services:
Solid Waste & Management Program - P 65,520.00
Coastal Resource Management Program - P 9,360.00
Maintenance of Municipal Nursery - P 15,600.00
General Revision of Real Property - P 12,480.00
Assessment
Manpower & Placement Program - P 3,120.00
Eco-Tourism - P 3,120.00
b. Construction / Improvement of Waterworks - P100,000.00
c. Support to Indigent Individuals & Institutions - P 25,000.00

SECTION 3: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members present and deliberated during its session duly assembled;
SECTION 4: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
