APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P245,902.00 OUT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICE EQUALIZATION FUND, C.Y. 2001 FOR THE DIFFERENT PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1 : Appropriation and Source: The amount of P245,902 out of the Local Government Service Equalization Fund, C.Y. 2001 is appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2 : Purpose: The amount of P245,902.00 is hereby appropriated for the following projects, to wit:
For the Social Welfare Office:
a.) MBN Survey 2001 – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – P30,000.00
b.) LGU’s Counterpart for the CIDSS project at Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol – – – – – – – – – P45,000.00
c.) LGU’s Counterpart for the CIDSS project at Bood, Maribojoc, Bohol – – – – – – – – – P10,000.00
d.) LGU’s Counterpart for the CIDSS project at Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol – – – — – – P20,000.00
e.) Counterpart funds for the improvement of the Maribojoc Waterworks System – – – – – – P100,902.00
For Municipal Health Office:
b.) Acquisition of basic Medical equipment – – – – – P20,000.00
For Municipal Agricultural Office:
b.) Support to agricultural services – – – – – – – – – – – P20,000.00
Total Appropriation – – – – – – – P245,902.00
SECTION 3 : Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.
SECTION 4 : Effectivity: This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon
approval.
