AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P10,892.30 FOR THE PAYMENTS OF THE REIMBURSEMENTS TRAVELING EXPENSES OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR FROM THE YEAR 1979-1985 OUT OF THE SURPLUS AMOUNT OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P10,892.30 is hereby appropriated for the payments of the unpaid traveling expenses of the Municipal Mayor from the year 1979-1985 of the surplus amount of the general fund in CY 1985.

SECTION 2: That this appropriation ordinance shall be reflected in the supplemental budget, CY 1986.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Budget Officer designate and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for his appropriate action.
