AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P123,367.77 FOR THE DIFFERENT ITEMS BUDGETED OUT OF THE 20% IRA FUND FOR CY 1986.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P123,367.77 is hereby appropriated for the different items budgeted out of the 20% IRA fund for CY 1986.

SECTION 2: That the following items are appropriated to wit:

1. Purchase of watermeters —————— P30,000.00
(carry over 1985)

2. Purchase of watermeters (1986) —————— P30,000.00
3. Improvement/repair of Public
Market and Carenderia —————— P20,000.00
4. Improvement of the Bolocboloc
Spring and Waterworks —————— P15,000.00
5. Improvement & Maintenance of the Municipal
Nursery (Food Production —————— P10,367.77
6. Management Tool (Training /seminar)———— P10,000.00
7. Construction of Fire Hydrant —————— P 6,000.00
8. Katarungang Pambarangay —————— P 2,000.00
Total —————— P 123,367.77==============

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
