AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P6,000.00 FOR THE GRATUITY OF THE LATE AVELINO RACHO OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1986.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P6,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the gratuity of the late Avelino Racho out of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1986.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
