AN ORDINANCE OF APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P20,540.96 FOR ONE MONTH SALARY BONUS OUT THE SAVINGS OF THE DIFFERENT ALLOTMENTS OF THE GENERAL FUND IN CY 1985 AS A YEAR END BONUS FOR ALL THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec.1 – That based on Executive Order 1070 re:granting a year end bonus for all government officials and employees, the total amount of P20, 540.96 is hereby appropriated out of the savings of the different allotments of the General Fund in CY 1985.
Sec.2 – That the regular officials and employees shall receive a one month salary as a year end bonus for CY 1985.
Sec. 3 – That the casual employees with at least six (6) months continuous service shall receive P220.00 each as a year end bonus in CY 1985.
Sec. 4 – That the SB Members shall receive P200.00 each as a end bonus in CY 1985.
Sec. 5 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran, the Municipal Treasurer thru the Acting Municipal Budget Officer, Maribojoc, Bohol for appropriate action.
