ABOLISHING THE POSITIONS OF AGRICULTURAL TECHNICIAN IN THE MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE AND REVENUE COLLECTION CLERK II AT THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER’S OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol in their session duly assembled, that:
SECTION 1. Abolition of Positions.- The following positions in the 2002 Plantilla of Personnel of the Municipality of Maribooc, Bohol are hereby abolished, to wit:

SECTION II. Rationale.- The abolition of the aforementioned positions in the Plantilla of Personnel is in line with the thrust of the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Province of Bohol.
SECTION III: Sponsorship and Deliberations.- This ordinance was sponsored on mass motion during the session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayn in the Municipality of Maribojoc and duly deliberated by the members present hereof.
SECTION IV: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
