APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P50,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AIRCONDITIONING UNIT FOR THE SB SESSION HALL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2000 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2001.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source: The amount of Fifty Thousand pesos
(P50,000.00) is appropriated out of the surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000 for the Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2001 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2: Purpose: The amount of P50,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the
purchase of one (1) Airconditioning Unit to be installed at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipal Building of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation. This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan.
SECTION 4: Effectivity: This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
