AN ORDINANCE APPROVING HE MUNICIPAL TAX ORDINANCE NO. 6, SERIES OF 1983 IMPOSING DIFFERENT FEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL..
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: That the Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 5, series of 1982 has been revised by the passage of the Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 6, series of 1983.
SECTION 2: That the schedule of fees are being printed in a separate pamphlet for the guidance of the implementors.
SECTION 3: That the effectivity of the Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 6, series of 1983 will be on January 1, 1984.
