APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P35,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE CASUAL EMPLOYEES’ PHILHEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUM, C.Y. 2001 AND THE CASHGIFT OF HRMA IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Thirty Five Thousand Pesos
(P35,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000.
SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (P35,000.00) is
appropriated for the fifty two (52) casual employee’s Philhealth insurance premium, C.Y. 2001 and the cashgift of HRMA in the Local Government Unit of Maribojoc, Bohol.
a.) Philhealth insurance premium - P30,000.00 – casual employees
b.) Cashgift of HRMA - P5,000.00
SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- This appropriation is requested by the casual
employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored by mass motion of the Sangguniang Bayan members and was deliberated by those present in the session.
SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
