Municipal Ordinance No. 109 Series of 1983

AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P1,500.00) FROM THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR’S TRAVELING ALLOWANCE TO BE USED FOR WAGES IN THE MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR’S OFFICE IN CONNECTION WITH THE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING PROGRAM OF THE MUNICIPALITY.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That an amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) from the Municipal Development Coordinator’s traveling allowance is hereby transferred to be used for wages in the Municipal Development Coordinator’s Office in connection with the Town Planning and Zoning Program of the municipality.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
