Municipal Ordinance No. 105 Series of 1983

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) FOR THE FENCING OF THE MUNICIPAL PLAZA OUT OF THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That an amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the fencing of the Municipal Plaza out of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Fund.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

Approved – August 4, 1983.
