BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P100,000.00 is
hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000.
SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of P100,000.00 is appropriated for
The monetization of leave credits of the Sangguniang Bayan members in the supplemental budget, C.Y. 2001 for the following scheme, to wit:
a. Leave Credits for SB Members
b. Number of Days to be monetized: 30 days
SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- This appropriation is requested by the members
of the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored by mass motion of the Sangguniang Bayan members and was deliberated by those present in the session.
SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
