AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P325,000.00) OUT OF THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENDITURES (MOOE) IN THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO PERSONAL SERVICES (P.S.) FOR THE SALARIES OF THE CONSULTANTS OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, C.Y. 2008 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Reversion of Funds – The amount of Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P325,000.00) out of the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenditures (MOOE) in the Office of the Mayor is hereby reverted to the Personal Services (P.S.).
SECTION 2: Appropriation Source and Purpose – The amount of Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P325,000.00) out of the reverted amount of the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenditures (MOOE) is hereby appropriated for the salaries of the Consultants of the Local Government Unit (LGU)-Maribojoc, Bohol as Professional and Other Services;
SECTION 3: Particular of the Positions:
a. ) Chief of Staff – Office of the Mayor - P195,000.00
b.) Secretary to the Mayor – Office of the Mayor - P130,000.00
Total - P325,000.00
SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation – This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members present during the deliberation of its session duly assembled.:
SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval and retroactive on January 1, 2008
