APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF 750,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF MULTI-LEVEL EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR THE SCHOOLS IN THE BARANGAYS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE LGSEF, CY. 2002 OF THE MUNICIPALITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P750,000.00 out of the LGSEF, C.Y. 2002 is appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2003 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P750,000.00 is hereby appropriated
for the purchase of multi-level educational materials for the schools in the barangays of Maribojoc, Bohol:
SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan .
SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
