APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION FORTY FIVE THOUSAND SIXTY PESOS AND SEVENTY EIGHT CENTAVOS (P3,045,060.78) AS ANNUAL 20% IRA FUND BUDGET, C.Y. 2000 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Three Million Forty
Five Thousand Sixty Pesos and Seventy Eight Centavos (P3,045,060.78) is hereby appropriated out of the 20% IRA Development Fund, C.Y. 2001 for various development projects in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of P3,045,060.78 of the 20% IRA Fund, C.Y. 2001
is appropriated for various programs and development projects pursuant to the guidelines on the usage of said funds.
Hereunder are the programs and development projects funded by the 20% IRA Fund, to wit:

SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- The appropriation ordinance was requested by the
members of the Municipal Development Council of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: Sponsoring and Deliberation.- The appropriation measures was
sponsored in Mass Motion by the SB Members and was deliberated by the body.
SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
