OLD STONE STAIRWAY – In 1864, a stone stairway leading to an octagonal –shaped tower was built at the back of the church. This had been the main thoroughfare for boat passengers arriving from Luzon-Visayas-Mindanao of the old port known the “DUNGGUAN” people from all walks of life come and go specially this had been the center for commerce & fishing port during Spanish time.
