MARIBOJOC PRESIDENCIA – old edifices of Maribojoc existed 1898- .The Presidencia exemplifies the government building architecture and been copied by Dipolog Municipal Building since the carpenters were recruited from Maribojoc. There were three open terrace /balcony: Front balcony-1left side wing terrace-1 right side wing terrace where fresh air coming from the front and both sides from Maribojoc bay. Below at the left side of the building is the Cuartel used to be military barracks. Presently a rehabilitation been finished by adding municipal offices to the 3 open terraces; the left side – SB Session Hall /right side SB Members Offices & staff/ Front terrace MPDC & Vice Mayor Office.
