  • Human Resource Capability Enhancement – open to opportunities for employees to attend workshops, trainings and seminars
  • Legislative Tracking – provision of easy access to approved municipal resolutions and ordinance
  • Web-site operation – giving information and easy access to LGU matters, establishing links with Maribojochanons abroad ( a concrete proof of LGU’s commitment to provide a transparent governance)
  • Open collaboration with NGAs, NGOs, POs, and Private Entities for common development endeavors
  • Streamlined Business Permits Licenses System (adoption of One-Stop Shop)
  • On-going Land Cadastral Survey in all Barangays – in collaboration with the Land Administration and Management Project (LAMP) of the DENR
  • Enhanced networking with barangay counterparts (provision of more handheld radios to barangay captains, tanods and bantay dagat)
  • Construction of Irrigation Facilities – Provision of Irrigation Facilities for Sustained Maximum Supply of Local Agricultural Produce – construction of irrigation canals approximately 4.5 km in length, impounding irrigation dam, storage tank, and pumping facilities – P 10 M Project (for funding)
