APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P30,000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF PORTABLE SOUND SYSTEM OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2001.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan, that:
SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P30,000.00 is hereby
appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 2000 for the purchase of portable sound system for use of the LGU-Maribojoc.
SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of P30,000.00 is appropriated for the
purchase of portable sound system for use of the LGU-Maribojoc.
SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- The appropriation measure was requested by the
Officials and employees for the use of different activities of the Local Government of Maribojoc, Bohol.
SECTION 4: Sponsoring and Deliberation.- This ordinance was sponsored in Mass
Motion by the SB Members and was deliberated by the SB Members present.
SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
