AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL PROHIBITING ANY GROUP OF PERSONS PLAYING ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL GAMBLING IN THE BARANGAY OF BAYACABAC, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1- The Barangay Council of Bayacabac, Maribojoc, Bohol, has submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan a copy of the above mentioned ordinance for review and approval.
Sec. 2 – The Sangguniang Bayan thoroughly studied and reviewed the said ordinance and found it within the scope of the provisions of the new local code.
Sec. 3 – There was a deliberation in the assembled session of all Sangguniang Bayan on the said ordinance and some recommendations reflected thereof by the committee concerned.
Sec. 4 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
